Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. Many people seek therapy because they’re feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or impacted by past experiences. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start — just a willingness to take the first step.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals, couples, and families, including teens, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I have experience supporting families and adolescents through trauma-focused therapy and helping clients build healthier coping skills and stronger connections.

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients better understand thought patterns, manage emotions, and develop practical tools for daily life. Sessions move at your pace in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment focused on safety, insight, and meaningful change.
